Contracts and Agreements for users and astists
There are two methods of registration for ARS box users. The first is the simple registration on the website as a
Standard User.
All the users carry out this type of registration FREE OF CHARGE allowing them to use the website functions.
The second, optional, procedure is the Free Artist Subscription and is only used by artists and performers.
It is possible to subscribe following the initial registration, by directly accessing the Personal Account section, using the LOGIN key on each page of the website.
A subscribed artist can begin publishing his/her work on the website.
The artist who intends to publish works in the Music and Cinema sections must consider the question of the
Releases/Transfer of copyright.
The works in this section generally have more than one ‘copyright holder’. A typical example is a band, in which one person has written the music, another has written the lyrics, there are musicians
and a singer, or in cinema (with a director, a producer, actors and so on). Each of these subjects must authorise the publication of the works on the website, and therefore the user who sends in the work
must download the transfer/release forms, have them signed by the other copyright holders and send the original copies of the documents to ARS box.
Don’t be discouraged by the number and the length of these documents, they are clear and necessary contracts that safeguard the artist, their work, the copyright and so on.

You will see, and we are certain that you will be surprised, that the royalties we have foreseen for the artists are considerable and it is not easy to find comparable rates offered by traditional publishers.
