Consider this is the name with which you will be recognized in ARS box and, if you are an author who is going to publish his/her works (immediately or later on), this will be the name under which your works will be published. As a last thing, remember it must be a single word. If you want it to be the same as your name and surname, for example, you can use the underscore symbol (eg. Mark_Peter_Smith).

USER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT


1. This website is the property of and is managed by Ars Box S.r.l. This contract regulates your relationship with our website www.arsbox.com and with our company.
2. The website www.arsbox.com makes available to advertisers a space in which to promote, distribute and make immediately available to the public their artistic works in the following categories: literature, music, cinema, comic strips and visual arts, and offers visitors a space in which to encounter new and innovative works, creating a community interested in artistic materials which can be searched for by topic or by the artist's name.
3. All registered members of the website www.arsbox.com, whether advertisers or visitors, will be subject to the rules of this contract, although for the advertisers specific separate contractual obligations are also foreseen.
4. Access to our website is allowed on the condition that you accept the terms and conditions in this contract; however our company reserves the right to amend the contract at any time and without prior warning, simply publishing the changes made on the website. The use of the site will in any case require acceptance of all and any variations we may communicate following your registration. You agree not to violate and/or interfere in any way with the security that we aim to offer to users who supply creative material and to use this site only and exclusively for legal purposes.
5. On acceptance of the contract conditions, you will be asked to supply personally identifying data and to choose a user name and password for access to our website content.
6. Registration on our website is free of charge, while access to the content may be made available free of charge or on payment, at the fees published each time and with the credit balance formula, according to the method described on our website. We reserve the right to amend the fees at any time. 
7. You declare and recognise that our website contains information, writing, music, videos, photographs, illustrations, drawings, comics and other material protected by copyright, brands and/or other distinctive marks of property of the relative authors, producers and performers or of our company. You agree not to amend, publish, transmit, distribute, spread, make available, advertise, sell, rent, perform or create derived works and, more generally, not to use in any manner and/or form neither by means of any device, instrument or means currently known and/or invented in the future the content of our website, except where expressly authorised, that is the streaming and/or downloading (according to which you choose) of said works, to be carried out exclusively for personal use. You accept full responsibility for your behaviour, which may infringe the above rights, including the payment of damages to the legal owner of the copyright, holding our company harmless and indemnifying it from all consequences and guaranteeing repayment of any legal costs, which we may have sustained in our defence.
8. In the case of a reported infringement of the rights of the legitimate owner, communicated to us by registered delivery mail, giving full details of the work and the reasons for the supposed infringement, we reserve the right to refuse you further access to the website content and you are also liable for full payment of damages. 
9. We also reserve the right to remove from our website all the works that are found to have been created by infringing the rights of third parties.
10. You agree to respect the privacy of the copyright holders in relation to all the information to which you may become privy through this website.
11. You declare and guarantee that you personally chose password to our website and, used together with your user name, it will give you access to the content of our website within the limits of this contract. Therefore, you agree to keep this password secret and confidential and not to communicate it to anyone. You will be responsible for each and every access to the website and all use of the content effected using your password and user name. If you lose the password or if you inform us of the need to change the password, we have the right to charge you any cost incurred.
12. Our company agrees to regularly update the information and material present on the website. The company does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the above-mentioned information and material. In particular our company will have the right to review, increase or cancel any information, at our discretion, except for the contractual information, which we agree to keep complete and updated.
13. Through this website it is possible to supply users with links to other sites, but this is exclusively for the convenience of the users and does not imply any ownership, responsibility or connection of our company with these sites and with the material that they make available, even where they in some way interfere with the material published on the website www.arsbox.com. Therefore our company is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any damage and/or loss caused, brought about and/or determined by the users and/or consequent to information, content, brands, logos, goods and/or services made available on sites linked as described above.
14. Moreover, our company does not accept responsibility for any virus, destructive program and/or any other technical problem caused by the use of programs, systems or other  that may in any way damage, destroy, infect or in any case interact negatively with the computer, the programs, the equipment, the access of the users (advertisers and visitors). For this purpose, our company recommends all users to utilise appropriate anti-virus programs or other protective software.
15. More generally, you accept all responsibility and all risks relating to the use of this website and all the material it contains.
16. You declare that you are aware of the fact that on our website it is possible to vote on the works published, that visitors are free to express critical appraisal and that the advertisers agree to accept this appraisal; you also declare that you are aware of the fact that our company may make available spaces for forums, chat rooms and other forms of online exchange of opinions, which represent public and not private communications. You agree not to use our site in any way and/or manner to spread, communicate, publicise, distribute defamatory and/or offensive comments of any kind about anyone and not to violate the personal right to honour, decorum, reputation, image, name, etc. of anyone, assuming all the relative responsibility and agreeing to pay all consequent damages. We reserve the right to immediately remove, without prior warning, all and any content, which may at our discretion be considered prejudicial to others.
17. The advertisers declare that they will not propose to our website any material created by third parties or for which they do not have the necessary prior consent. They also declare that they will not publish on our website any material containing viruses, or any other corrupted file and/or software, and/or program which may in any way damage and/or inhibit the functions of other computers. They also agree not to delete any legal note, credit and/or other warning present on our website, not to falsify the origin and/or source of any material made available on the website, not to use any information and/or communication for personal or commercial purposes and not to carry out any direct or indirect advertising, promotional, marketing activity for their products and/or services.
18. Should you wish to be deleted from the database of registered users, you must send express written request via e-mail and we will act within the next 15 days. Until that time this contract will remain valid and if you have purchased a book of credit vouchers which has not been entirely used, unused credit will not be reimbursed.
19. You recognise that, pursuant to article 13 DLgs NЎ 196 dated 30/6/2003 (Italian legislative decree), the right to process your personal data acquired in the execution and/or on occasion of the present contract, with and without the use of electronic equipment, for the purposes linked to our business activities. The main use/processing of the personal data is linked to contractual, accounting and fiscal purposes and authorisation is therefore necessary but not compulsory. You are aware that you can exercise the rights set out in article 13 DLgs NЎ 196 dated 30/6/2003. The data controller is our company.
20. This contract is subject exclusively to Italian jurisdiction and to the application of Italian law. In all controversies arising from the interpretation, execution and/or annulment of the contract the Court of Milano will have exclusive jurisdiction.
